Standard Shipping - $12
Express 2nd Day Shipping - $35
Standard Shipping – 8-14 business days (depending on the destination country)

Returns and Exchanges:
Returns are easy, fast, and welcomed should you not be happy with the item you ordered. There are just a few quick steps to complete.
Returns on eligible items are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Returns must be in new, unused condition with the sticker on the case, cotton bag, and in the state you received them. lovie reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.

The customer is responsible to cover all paying for shipping costs for returning any items using a trackable shipping method. Please include your order number, otherwise your claim cannot be identified and processed. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, our customer service team will email you a notification email to let you know we’ve received your request. You will be notified on the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items.

Payment of any duty and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient which are collected at the time of delivery. These charges are not included in the total at checkout. they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and beyond our control.
**If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a custom charge your package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and therefore, your order is not eligible for a refund**
